The Cavalia Boutique accepts payment by Visa, Master Card.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
With regards to pricing, Cavalia reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Cavalia Boutique at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Prices indicated at the Cavalia Boutique do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees.
Product Availability and Limitations
Cavalia may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Cavalia reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Cavalia confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, a Cavalia representative will contact you to either cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full or offer you an exchange.
Cavalia Boutique Gift Cards are issued and managed by Cavalia Inc., and can only be applied to purchases made at the Cavalia or Odysseo White Big Top or the Cavalia Online Boutique. The Cavalia Gift Cards may not be redeemed at any other website or company. Neither the issuer nor Cavalia is responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards or use without your permission.
Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of your new Cavalia product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Use of a Gift Card is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All orders may be returned for refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
You can return an unopened item (manufacturer sealed in its original unused condition including packaging and all original content; for clothing: not worn nor washed with original labelling) accompanied by the original order confirmation email within 21 days after reception for refund or exchange. Mail the product to us with the original order confirmation email to the applicable address below. Once the product is received, we will verify if it is in the required condition and then credit your card.
You can return opened items confirmed to have a manufacturer’s defect accompanied by all manufacturers packaging and all original content with the original order confirmation email within 21 days after reception and get an exchange for the identical item. Place a new order for the product on the Cavalia Boutique, then mail the original product with the confirmation email and we will treat it as a return after verifying it is indeed defective.

Please note that in all cases shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Cavalia Boutique will however refund shipping for any defective items returned to us. Please note we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as defective; therefore we will also not refund any shipping charges unless item(s) are confirmed defective.

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Cavalia’s control once it leaves our facilities, Cavalia cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
International customers should also note that import duties and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.
Box-Office Pickup and Return
Cavalia Boutique offers the option of box-office pickup for many of the items available on the Cavalia Boutique. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for box-office pickup. For more information, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Cavalia will notify you
